Information for Rescue Groups and Shelters

Several years ago, our founder/CEO Bill Hale wondered how his company could find a way to support the people who are on the front lines of animal rescue.  His answer was “Rescue Rewards.” We now have over 400 participating humane societies, public shelters and private rescues around the country, and more groups signing up every week.

When one of our customers purchases a door for a pet that they adopted from a  humane society, shelter or rescue group, we give them 10 percent off the cost of the pet door.  And in turn, we send a check to that organization for the same amount.

One way to make sure that your group benefits to the fullest extent is to become a Rescue Rewards partner.  When you sign up and provide us with your tax ID number for tax deduction and record-keeping purposes, we add you to our list of “Participating Organizations” in our records and on our website.  We will provide you with brochures, price lists and coupons that you can distribute to new adoptive pet owners.  We will also provide you with an electronic copy of our logo and a URL to place on your website to further maximize the exposure of the Rescue Rewards program to your adopters.

We mail out Rescue Rewards checks every other month.  Our Rescue Rewards program is a priority at Hale Pet Door.  It is our way to thank you for your dedication to homeless animals, and it is our privilege to give these critters a doorway to their new “forever homes.”
