Hale Pet Door Replacement Tunnel Tunnels are available in 10" and 16" lengths for all 11 standard sizes of our pet doors. Oversize tunnel lengths are also available by calling our customer service number at 800-646-4773. We can also make a custom size tunnel for your pet door. If you are purchasing the parts necessary to convert an existing door model into a wall model, we recommend you order a tunnel, carpet and a raincap.

Details: Hale Replacement Tunnels are available in 11 standard sizes or we can make you a custom size tunnel. The dimensions listed next to each size are for the passage opening the pet would use. For rough opening and tip to tip frame dimensions, see our sizes page. The tunnel dimensions would be the size of the rough opening. If you need a custom size door, please see our custom models information page.

Details: Our tunnels are designed to be trimmed to exact size upon installation for a customized fit. This leads to better energy efficiency. Our 10" tunnel will work for walls between 2" and 10" thick. Our 16" tunnel will work for walls between 10" and 16" thick.
