Sarah - Juneau, Alaska
At almost 14 years old, I spend most of my day holding down my dog bed and studying the inside of my eyelids in my Juneau, Alaska home.
During the winter months, I am expected to negotiate dangerous trails with sometimes deep puddles and even snow slide dangers with snow depths as much as two feet in our back yard. And my two human room-mates seem to require me to make this trek two or three times daily. In the summer, I do get to travel with my roommates in our truck, and camper and investigate all sorts of interesting things in Alaska and along the Al-Can highway to the northwest.
