Due to COVID-19, our factory operations were temporarily interrupted. The Governor of Colorado has issued a new Safer at Home Order so Hale Pet Door’s manufacturing facility is reopening 4/27/2020 with extended hours and producing all orders from oldest to newest. We are implementing new on-site guidelines to conform with social distancing and other safety and best practices to keep both our employees and customers safe and healthy. Some of our staff will still be working from home responding to customers and supporting our team. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible in the order it is received.
