Cut a huge hole in my door Sounds like a very difficult chore. NOPE, it really was pretty easy, and took very little time. This is a well made, well-designed door. I got the training flap, and followed the directions to teach my tiny, skittish dog to go thru. It took about 10 minutes (we took a break). I could not be happier with it.

Great Customer Service! I installed my Hale Pet Door back in early 2007. Finally in 2021 I needed to replace the flaps. I did and in the last week I noticed the inside flap hanging down. I took it out to see if it was just slipping and it wasn’t. It was tearing. I emailed Hale Pet Door expressing my disappointment and they shipped me out new flaps at no charge! That is awesome customer service!! The dog door itself is awesome as well!!! Thank you for having great customer service especially when that seems overall to be on the decline!
