Thanks to a mother and daughter team the dream of a shelter became a reality in 2003. Concordia Animal Welfare & Rescue Shelter, Inc. (CAWS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is the first and only of its kind serving several rural Parishes in Louisiana.
