We are a volunteer based, no kill rescue organization serving El Paso, TX and the surrounding communities. We are active in animal welfare issues and education throughout our community. We have worked with Cesar Milan and appeared on National Geographic”s show “Dog Town”. We are a private 501 c 3 non profit. We rely on public donations and small grants for support.(915) 877-5002
