NCAL is a limited-access facility which means we do not euthanize to make room for incoming animals. When our shelter is full, we maintain a waiting list. All animals adopted from North Country Animal League are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas, and microchipped.(802) 888-5065
