Humane Animal Care Coalition is a non profit animal organization contracting for Monroe County at the Key Largo Animal Shelter. We provde animal care to all Upper Keys homeless animals. We perform all Animal Service functions from milemarker 70- 115 and Ocean Reef. We also have a free spay and neuter program for Upper Keys citizens in need.305-451-0088
