It is the purpose of the Casper Humane Society to find forever homes for homeless animals, to encourage neutering of pets, to prevent and alleviate cruelty to animals, and to provide humane education to the community. The Casper Humane Society is not supported by city, state, or national funds (including The Humane Society of the United States).
