Founded in 1962, HSSET has been a Southeast Texas institution for over fifty years. We are a fully non-profit 501(3)(c) organization run entirely on donor contributions, community volunteers, and a lot of love. Our board makes all decisions concerning shelter policy with no outside guidance from state or local government.409-833-0504
