The HSCMC provides low cost spay and neuter assistance to low income residents of Montgomery County, TN and Fort Campbell, KY. They also provide foster homes for dogs and cats and adopt out animals to new homes. Also available are 24-hour information services, educational programs for any type of group and grants for veterinary care for low income residents and eligible rescue groups and shelters.(931) 648-8042
