Hale Mourns A Friend

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of one of our long time friends and coworkers on Friday, September 2, 2011.  Tom Baker was the manager of our Phoenix franchise for the past decade and had been an installer with Hale Pet Door for many years.  With Tom's 20+ years of experience both in the field and in the office, many people across the company turned to him for assistance and advice.

Tom was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor and was like a great big teddy bear.  He got many compliments from customers as he helped them over the years.  He will be sorely missed by all who knew and worked with him.

Our sympathy goes out to his wife, his children and grandchildren, and all who loved him.
